Online Orders: An online form is available to make your purchase faster and more convenient.
Phone Orders: You may send your order/s through SMS provided you still fill out an order form within three days from sending your SMS. This will help us create a buyer record for you and include you in future promos.
Order Confirmation: you will receive a confirmation email of your online purchase with your order total and instructions on payment. If you do not see the confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your junk mail folder. Do add us as a contact so that future emails will go to your Inbox.
Gcash Payments: we prefer gcash payments due to its convenience and fast confirmation. We do not charge you for transaction fees when you send your payment via this method.
Bank Deposit: it may take an additional day to confirm payments via bank deposit due to erratic system downtime. We use our Bank of the Philippine Islands savings account to receive your payments. We are not responsible for transaction fees charged by the bank when you send your payment via this method.
Credit Card Payments: we accept credit card payments through www.paypal.com. We charge an additional Php20 to process your Paypal payment. We recommend waiting for the Paypal invoice before sending any payment to avoid additional processing fees from Paypal.
To Check Your Order Status: Once your order has shipped, Everything Eve will text the tracking number to you. Our preferred courier is Aboitiz 2go because of their reliability and prompt service.
Shipping within Metro Manila: you will receive your order within 2-3 business days, depending on the courier's date of pickup.
International Shipping: you will receive your order within 1-4 weeks from the date your package has shipped out.
Shipping Fees: a computation of your shipping fee is included in the confirmation email. However, we do have free shipping services for some of our products.
Item pick-up: You may opt to collect your purchases from our store. Please indicate a pick-up date on your order form.
